V0.05.5 QOL Update


EDIT: Fixed a softlock when entering slime boss room due to me forgetting to add the sprite 
Fixed the slime pet event in the digivice to softlock due to the new crafting menus blocking its path.
The event for the sub zone boss appearance now dissappears so you cant interact with it twice and fuck yourself out of an encounter.
Fixed an issue with leaving the flesh zone putting you inside a wall.
Fixed an issue with being paced in a wall when losing to flesh zone mobs.
Fixed the trigger for the sub zone boss not appearing.
fixed an issue with retriggering the event for the slime rena for the sub zone effectively locking you out of the fight
Little slimes in the room just before the campsite now actually start battles
Made the sub zone entrance slightly more noticeable
precise slash was doing no damage, now it does
Created a contingency for pet issues
possibly fixed being teleported into a wall on some flesh zone movement transitions


Majority of the content is quality of life stuff and a small preview of a slime sub zone.

New enemy guarding the entrance to a yet to be worked on sub zone to the slime zone. They have a few scenes and a good bit of text, i imagine many will enjoy =w=
NOTE: there is a variant of her scene for losing to her AS WELL as a scene for giving into her when she asks. You will not get a refight so be sure to save prior.
prepared a few assets for the slime sub zone.
implemented flesh zone skip for first half, as well as connected the path to continue out of the zone to the start to make things more simple to get through.
Colored all the previously uncolored renamon images cause i think it looks fucking weird to not have the mc be colored when everything else is.
Readjusted flesh mobs agility stats.
added little extra room between the slime area and the cave tent spot to help with pacing or something.
made some long overdue changes to the shopkeep.
Tied crafting unlock to the returning to the shopkeeper event and gave it a bit of flair.
crafting split into 5 parts and each part has been given its own sign board to begin that crafting chain instead of having a single interactable ask you what type of crafting you want to do.
reduced floor slime trap frequency to .5% because it still feels like it appears too often.
Fixed various discrepancies between the base versions of items and equipment and their upgraded counterparts.
New per-zone buff items can be crafted that grant bonus stats for the duration of a single battle.
Turned the tattered clothing you get at the start of the game into a special one of a kind item like the sharpened claws and gave it augmented variants.
Added the stats window for the base weapons when choosing a weapon given to you by the shopkeep at the start of the game.
Implemented statistics ui for weapons, armor, and accessories within the crafting processes.
cleaned up some mismanaged processes in crafting, might have fucked something.
Sprite created for slime boss.
made a slimed rena sprite.
Fixed swift flesh ring stats being shit.

There exists a bug triggered when you happen to finish all the enemies using the rendercodes skill. The skill was designed to remove the negative affiliation status of your body, but the sprite for clean body seems to stick on the screen even after the fight ends, blocking the screen and seeming a bit annoying. Moreover, this seems to persist even after S/L, so I had to retreat to a previous save where the bug hasn't been triggered.

Could you please locate and, if possible, fix the bug?

yeah with how rpgmaker handles the combat process the skill deals damage before executing the function i gave the skill so when the squad dies it doesnt give the function enough time to play out before it ends the battle, not sure how to deal with it but ill figure it out eventually.
getting into another combat encounter or using a campfire should fix it i think

There's a weird bug where after the corrupted renamon fight under a certain combination of conditions they kind of just... vanish. Reloading the game doesn't bring them back either. However, I have no idea what specifically those conditions are, only that my character sprite was stuck on the blue palette when it occured.

hmm, if you can recreate it i can get a better idea of what to do, id need to know how the battle ended too 

I can't find the new enemy, where is the sub zone your post mentions? is it the zone between exiting slime zone and  entering the flesh zone? cause i didn't find anything but common slime there.

Oh yea, did the creatures putting eggs in places they shouldn't be get voted for positively? Really looking forward to that one!

might put em in an optional area, not sure 

So are the slimes in the room between the main slime hub and the flesh zone meant to be able to be fought? cause they just dissapear for me when I interact with them

found a small bug not ENTIRELY sure what happened but i got into a fight with 2 soloclones and a slime used an escape ability and imediately after one of the solo clones used their drain attack this had the odd effect of applying whatever the clone status is called without needing the slime suit status this also caused a graphical glitch where normal rena and the clone slime suit rena were displayed at the same time this also did not stop the slime from coating rena leading to the regular slime suit being displayed as well also theres a walltype that doesnt have collision in the upper left corner area with the treasure chest.
