EDIT: 6.2:

possibly fixed a thing with the mc not having something cleansed when using the resets

added a plugin that may/may not fix some freezing issues native to rpgmaker

possibly fixed an issue with a hardlock after the kuro boss win event

possibly fixed an issue with the parasite picker in the flesh zone STILL not working

potentially fixed flesh midboss fight visual bug with misplaced status images

fixed weird tile collision in flesh midboss arena

removed the door blocking teleporter room cause it was annoying me and you cant use teleport points unless activated anyway

made the rena teammates at the gate more obvious to talk to cause apparently some people missed them, you people dont read >:c

fixed an issue with the male damsel fight only checking for knockouts on the first turn

Added a few things to make the cart quest at the start explaining pullable objects less missable

Moved the skip crystal to the inside of the cave so people cant use it and then not see the cart quest

the event, for the momma rena photo wasnt applied to the item you get  so now you can actually VIEW the damn thing, why is this giving me so much trouble?

    fixed an issue where losing to the slimed renamons refight clone would cause the screen to stay black

    fixed not being able to REACH the secret thing

    ALRIGHT its taken a while but its done. Hopefully the testing period got rid of most of the major issues.
    I am never making another update this big again, theres thing i wanted to add still but i just couldnt handle the burnout so maybe theyl be added some time down the road. Ill try to keep it to small content additions from here on out i think.
    HOPEFULLY bug testing has caught all the major issues at least but our motto here is "Theres always 1!" so well see.
    new zone is in the bottom left part of the slime zone after beating the slimed renamon

    KURO ZONE
    New area connected to the slime zone,
    a new material to craft into equipment, similar to the slimes effect they give max hp but they give more than the slime and have a constant damaging effect instead of a regen, this is meant to counteract the slimes regen out of combat and works with the new pets skill.
    New pet, pet gives new skill, pet specializes in reducing damage taken from damaging tiles.
    3 new enemies + 1 boss enemy with their own set of status images.
    2 Zone specific teammates that have their own set of images, currently they only have status images for one enemy type, i may fix that in the future.
    A few new scenes, including one "secret" scene, the first person to screenshot and show me this scene will get the role "Momma renas favorite" in my discord. Ping my discord trapknightdms or twitter https://twitter.com/TrappyKnight
    UPDATE: the secret has been found!

    Access this new place by defeating the slime controlled renamon, the pillar blocking the way should disappear, proceed to the left.

    Im debating nerfing the slime set because the max hp bonus seems a little too powerful but ill wait and see how it feels after this addition.

    BUGFIXES and  revisions and stuff:
    Possibly fixed an issue where using the pet reset button would softlock upon triggering the beginning of the flesh pets event line

    so uhh, rend code wasnt reseting its damage because it was a really early skill and i made it by hand instead of using damage calculations it adds up your attack and magic attack, multiplies it by two and then does it again the next time you use it making it instant kill probably by the second time youve used it. Now it doesnt do that

    Fixed a collision issue somewhere

    Fixed the starter flesh mobs in the smaller room using the old loss scenario and causing a softlock

    explained the objective to collect the gems in the flesh area a little better 

    Diamond storm seems to be a crutch ability, reduced diamond storms hit count from all enemies to 3 random enemies and slightly increased its damage scaling, increased mana cost by 4

    Reduced magic missile and Explosions mana cost by 2 each

    Removed skills from shopkeeps store, each now unlocked via leveling

    Possibly fixed an issue with the mc sprite not returning to normal after ridding yourself of slime

    Fixed an issue with the flesh zones wall butthole in the center of the map not working

    Fixed an issue trying to put the slime back in the digiroom and picking it up resulting in a softlock

    Fixed bleed damage not effecting the flesh zone rena boss

    Created teleport receiver points to show where you can teleport to

    May have fixed some issue with corrupted rena fight doing nothing if you lose

    The majority of actual game overs should be removed, id rather just get reset to a spot than get a game over and lose a bunch of shit.

    possibly fixed an issue with corrupted renas events not playing correctly after beating her

    forgot to add boss music to flesh zone rena fight, now there is

    Fixed a bug when getting your digivice upgraded that caused the shopkeep to stay transparent

    Fixed a bug when crafting any slime armor that causes the confirmation to play twice

    There is now a little teeny quest at the start of the game to explain the push and pull mechanic

    fixed a bug with the bonus healing effect applied from the slime augment

    changed the color of the trap explanation in the slime zone cause that blue on yellow hurt my eyes

    slightly buffed some damage on later slime zone mobs as they were doing negligible damage most of the time

no, that shiny thing is just a spot you can jump down from, its nothing, you get there from the boss map

Hey, how do I leave the digivice room once the Kuromon moves in?

teleport out, next patch will have you auto leave instead

A few bugs here and there but I enjoyed the huge update and the game in general! Keep it up I would love love love to see more!

i dont know what you think is advice here but what im hearing is "your shits messy, clean it" which is contradictory to the "no shade" comment because all it sounds like is an insult. You have to actually give advice, pointers, tips, such as HOW i would clean it up, if i knew a cleaner, easier way to get this done i would have done it by now.

Amazing update so far! I'd say the wait was well worth it. The new renas are spectacular too, and I did notice you also took note of lipudc's PJQB with the party system.

One thing to note though, I did try my darnest but in some areas where the latex(?) puddles hurt you, the corners aren't big enough for traversal, meaning you'll get hurt, guaranteed. They almost look cosmetic, haha.

Nice, loving the update so far. Even if the game doesn't always know how to handle the companions. It seems the engine sometimes get confused with the death and corruption states.

The only real issue I found so far is that when I first picked them up the male rena was unnamed in the menus and didn't have any skills. It fixed up after I had them killed in combat.

yeah that sounds like it shouldnt happen, ive had a bunch of trouble  with the teammates that seems to boil down to hardware differences. i dont see a lot of the problems that have been reported concerning them when i test so i assume its rpgmaker not running optimally and skipping things sometimes

Interesting. Is there a specific way to install RPGMAKER for playing these games that you know of?

When I get home I will try downloading and reinstalling the RTP. What version of RPGMAKER is the game on?

i use mv to make it
i have a decently powerful pc so i dont see a lot of the stutters and skips some people have told me about, someone suggested making the game wait a few frames every 4-5 commands and i tried that but it doesnt seem to work

i beat slimed rena pre update, now the path wont open

if youre using an old save thats not going to work

finally got around playing it, any way we can upgrade our new allys? just curious in case there was something i missed. like the kuro area so far and thanks for the save warning... its a little tough but so far not seen anything that made me scream bullshit... then again not got to the boss yet.

the teammates are set to be a little worse than you while youre decently geared, no equips for them.
good to know the buffs arrent too hard.
boss shouldnt be horrid.
i just put out a patch like 30 minutes ago, a little secret scene was currently inaccessible

I fought the slimed rena but the only message I get when trying to access the new area is something about the crystal slime in the entrance, what do I do?

room with the purple tiles and slime controlled rena, beat her, pillar chunks dissappear, you can now run into new area. i dont know what you mean by crystal slime at the entrance
